As you know this is Racial Discrimination and Ethnic Discrimination, known by Millions as a “Racism“ where one Race is treated different to another, and is due to prejudice and Lead to Oppression, Violence, Hate and Assault into their Human Rights, just because of their Colour of their skin, Nationality and Country of Birth. As I mention before this new Law intent to discriminate my Country México and its People, this Racial difference is forbidden under the Human Rights Act. The Human Rights is a Freedom to which all Humans are entitle, entitlement merely by a Reason of being a “Human“ (bones and skin) and culminating the signing of The Universal Declaration of the Human Rights Act. http://www.un.org/en/documents/udhr/ by the United Nations General Assembly on the 10 December, 1948, in which all Humans not matter their Disability, Race, Age, Colour of Skin, Sex, Country of Birth, are entitled. This Racial Difference comes as far as two hundred years Ago o more. Mexican People are Rightful Walking from Mexico La Borda, Ciudad Juarez trough and arriving to the State of El Paso Texas, either to work, visiting their Families and roots or just merely going to a “Fiesta” and because of that, my People get Shot, Raped of their Human Rights, Prisoner without their own will and at the mercy of the Police officers, some they come out alive to tell the tale, if lucky! as you have been witnessed the shooting going out of hand at the moment on the News, all because Rio Grander as the border, Texas, Wyoming, Arizona, California, New México, Parts of Colorado, Nevada and Utah, my People and I, we call it “Home” and it is own Home and Rightful our Country!
A- All started in the 1598, who was inhabited for centuries by various Indian groups: The Comanche, Apache, Alabama, Atalcapan, Bidai, Caddo, Coahuiltecan, Cherokee, Choctaw, Coushatta, Hasinai, Jumano, Karankawa, Kickcapoo, Kiowa, Tonkawa, Wichinita, (All American People) who were the cousins of The Aztec, (Mexican People). The first Spanish explorer Don Juan de Oñate arrived at the Rio Grande, near El Paso on April 30, 1598 and made the Mexican-Indian wards, Ranched the area and developed small scale but successful Agriculture consisting of Vineyards and Fruits.
B- Agustín de Iturbide (27/9/1783-19/7/1824) was a Mexican Army General who build a successful Political and Military coalition, who become Mexican Emperor, fighting for the Independence of México, to eliminate the issues of oppression and privileges and to cut the chains that bound Mexico in servitude to Spain, the 24 of February 1821 the “Plan de Iguala” (Equality Plan) was signed, with their three Guarantees: Social Equality (granting Mexican People Equal rights in court and in every aspect of their lives), Independence (granted México their Independence from Spain.) and Roman Catholicism (establishment of the Roman Catholicism). Iturbide persuaded Guerrero (a liberal Insurgent) and Antonio López de Santa Anna to join his forces in support of the new Conservative Manifestation of the Independence movement, winning and on September 27, 1821, representatives of the Spanish Crown and Iturbide signed the Treaty of Córdoba, which recognized Mexican Independence under the terms of the Plan of Iguala and México become Independient, also the designer of the first Mexican flag. After the fall of Iturbide, he went to Europe into Exile On 11 May 1823, unaware of the Traition and Political unrest returned to México, 14 July 1824 and after a trial, Iturbide was sentenced to death, a local priest administered his last rites, Iturbide said, "Mexicans! I die with Honor, not as a traitor; do not leave this stain on my children and my legacy. I am not a traitor, no." (México owns their Freedom to this Great Man) Mexican People was not ready to become a Conservative Party, Antonio López de Santa Anna said, and from 1824-1836 adopted the Federation Constitución of the United Mexican States (Estados Unidos Mexicanos) October 4, 1824, (Constitución de México) electing their First President of México: Guadalupe Victoria.
C- Mexican Revolution ended in 1920 and lead to the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) for more than 70 years, known in México as a Priistas (Socialist Party) under a succession of Political names, the Party was founded by Plutarco Elias Calles, Succeeded by “President Lázaro Cárdenas del Rio (May 21, 1895 – Oct 19, 1970) who was Gobernor of Michoacán from 1928-1932 and selected President of México, Dec1,1934-Nov 30, 1940, predecessor of the “Mexican Revolutionary Party (PRM), my Father who was a member of the Party “Don José Castellanos Ariaz“ RIP , who was his close friend also to Dámaso Cárdenas for many years to come. Lázaro Cárdenas was México most popular 20th-Century President and the corruption was deported to the U.S. He become known for his progressive program of building roads, Schools, Promoting Education, Land Reform, and Social Security, Railway, renowned for the Expropiating the oil Interest to the U.S and Europe (Second World War 11) founded of the PEMEX, provided many Social institutions, he cut his Presidential salary in half, ending the Capital punishment in México (firing Squad), Cardenas helped the Republican Government in the Spanish Civil War, but was stopped by the Roosevelt Administration with the defeat of the Loyalist Republicans, Cárdenas gave specific instructions to his Ambassador and envoys in Europe to give safe heaven to all exiles, including Manuel Azaña, died in France under the protection of the Mexican diplomatic protection, Cárdenas was able to bring to México tens of thousands of refugees, 1939 on board of the ship “Sinaia, Ipanema and Mexique“ Cárdenas was an a activist of the Human Rights International and latinoamerica and my Father.
D- Argument has been the object of debate in the American- Mexican War by Historiographies, some people call Mexican War o The U.S. Invasion, so the two Nations signed the “Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo” on February 2, 1848 in which officially ended the Mexican War, fixed the boundary between the two Nations at Rio Grande, half of México’s National domain, became part of U.S. in which The American purchase price of $15 million “represented half of the original Mexican demand“, El Paso del Norte and become a border Town……I want to mention four things:
1- From the Independence War 1821-1846, México struggled to develop a Governmental System in which the European Governament took advantage due to their advanced System and Education, this was an Impact on México ability to protect their own Country Properly.
2- “There isn’t a secret that the money gained $15 million from the “Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo” (Peace Treaty & equivalent to the Human Rights act) signed on February 2, 1848 at the Basilica of Guadalupe, by Nicholas Trist on behalf of the U.S. (who went ahead against the wishes of the U.S. and taking advantage) Luis G. Cuevas, Bernardo Couto and Miguel Atristain on behalf of Mexico, in which this Treaty was signed to finish the Mexican-American War, to ensured safety and protection to Mexican People Property Rights, as they were living in America and was made by the U.S, to finish the War, However America made Changes to the treaty & ratification. 3- Mexican People never had the chance to signed a “referendum” giving us the chance to vote our wishes on selling, Rio Grande as the border, Arizona, California, New México, Parts of Colorado, Wyoming, Nevada and Utah, millions of People lacked Education on that time, but not now, however this isn’t late and I would like to consider this petition to my Mexican President, Felipe Calderon Hinojosa and all the Governors of every State of Mexico, together with my Mexican People Worldwide, supporting this petition, to express our wishes, we have as much Right to vote now as it was then, it is Rightful our Country!!!
4- The U.S. was experiencing a periodic of high Birth rate and Increases their population due to immigration, from 1800-1850, and 4,000,000 Americans (from Germany, UK, France, Spain, Italy, China, etc.) were accommodate in Frontier Land as it was not expensive for them or free, with opportunities for new Commerce, etc, “never México” asked any American People for their Passports, shot them, unlawful Prisoner them just by crossing the border, Raped their Human Rights, Prisoner them against their will, erected a Border, discriminated a Black people, in fact México objected the Slave Trade, or even worse Worldwide humiliated my People and my Country México with this New Law SB0070, which intent to control Us even more, since this New Law has been announced in the news, then we Mexican should “RECLAIM OUR COUNTRY BACK” as this New Law Proposal, leave the door open to ask for a “referendum” as the “Treaty of Guadalupe” is Violated and our Human Rights too.
