The short life of Trayvon Martin ..

“A free people ought...to be armed” -“Firearms are second only to the Constitution in importance; they are the peoples’ liberty’s teeth”― George Washington. “In the 1776 was a commune practice to be armed, but today is different, living in a community with mature people and a good Jury System, we should not fear one another, but unfortunately not all the colors of the rainbow are blessed with the Freedom” ― Rosario Castellanos de Parker.

George Zimmerman a multi-racial Hispanic American was clear of all charges, in the shooting of Trayvon Martin, who was a 17-year-old, African American high school student. George Zimmerman neighborhood watch coordinator for the gated community, where Martin was staying and where the shot took place. since the murder George Zimmerman was charged for second-degree murder and manslaughter Jurors heard from 56 witnesses in 12 days, although Zimmerman did not testify in his own defence and (why not?-) found not guilty on Saturday (13/7/2013). http://goo.gl/4jfDr To secure a conviction for second-degree murder, prosecutors needed to prove that Zimmerman acted with ill will, spite or hatred when shot and killed Martin. Except it was phone call from Zimmerman to the police (twice), minutes before confrontation with Martin, that could explain the state of the person (Zimmerman) by the tone of his voice. Minutes before the police arrived on the scene, Zimmerman was forced to fire to save his own life after Martin broke his nose with "a sucker punch" and smashed his head on a concrete pavement, but where is the weapon from Martin to the police, to testify Zimmerman words, as he was bleeding from the nose. Did the police found any blood on Martin hands/body/clothing from Zimmerman in self defence and to collaborate his own words or post - mortem. In which Zimmerman was taken to the Sanford Police Department, detained and questioned for five hours and released without being charged?-In Florida, manslaughter involving a firearm is punishable with a sentence of between 10 and 30 years, but how it was possible to probe that George Zimmerman did not committed an act that caused Martin's death and the firearm what was it?- .. but soon after concluding the telephone call with police, George Zimmerman was involved in a violent encounter with Martin, fatally shooting Martin once in the heart, at close range?
-In defence of Zimmerman from the police was: At the time, police said they found no evidence to contradict Zimmerman's claim of self-defense ..and where is the weapon in self-defence from Zimmerman and got inspected, body, clothes, etc?-
-In defence of Martin from the police was: "no indication that Trayvon Martin was involved in any criminal activity at the time of the encounter" .. and where is the weapon in self-defence from Martin, the firearm from Zimmerman?-
The present situation of the American life of people with different colours reflects, very much the feelings for one another, while we could said this mentality should be finish long ago, still on our days very much part of a racist American system and society. I can not understand why was all that Liberty of the 4th of July 1776, if the situation instead of progression is on hold, for only God´s know when will change. The George Washington draft document of "We, The People" is only available to some colors of the rainbow living in American soils and not the rest, what a shame!-“In politics as in religion, my tenets are few and simple. The leading one of which, and indeed that which embraces most others, is to be honest and just ourselves and to exact it from others, meddling as little as possible in their affairs where our own are not involved. If this maxim was generally adopted, wars would cease and our swords would soon be converted into reap hooks and our harvests be more peaceful, abundant, and happy.”- George Washington It´s impossible to believe that with all those funding Fathers: Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, and Patrick Henry, George Washington (my hero) was the best and the humble of all, but the American life of today is not the same, as yesterday. Today all the American people can walk on the same road, sit on the same bus, eat on the same restaurant, but Justice is available to some people, if they dare to walk the road and if lucky to have a good lawyer, that is not going to take you for a ride, or eat from your reputation. The humble George Washington philosophy on Human Rights was stamped on a simple Constitution for all to understand in plain English, otherwise how do you expect people to behave, obey and abide the law?-“Be courteous to all, but intimate with few, and let those few be well tried before you give them your confidence. True friendship is a plant of slow growth, and must undergo and withstand the shocks of adversity before it is entitled to appellation. ” ― George Washington. The American Law that with the passing years is getting more confuse, in order to cash more from your pocket and forget what the law was for and/on in aid of who's. Liberty, Freedom, Bill of Rights and his leadership of George Washington was not focus on money, greed, or business leaders, but on the whole American people. What I am saying here is Justice should be available to all, clean, clear and transparent, not focus on money, greed and corruption. George Washington own words: “if to please the people, we offer what we ourselves disapprove, how can we afterwards defend our work? Let us raise a standard to which the wise and honest can repair. The rest is in the hands of God.” ― George Washington. When would be the day that American people of different cultures, nationalities, colors of the rainbow and traditions could share the same air, rain and sun, without axfisiate each another, but using the same environment. I am a Mexican born with British citizen and while I think very much the new colony are sitting on my land without our permit, consent and knowledge in the matter, trying hard to repeat the same mistake of when killed 400 American Tribes, to give way to the new visitors.Today the people who are visit America is us, Mexicans and the new colony implementing new Immigration Laws to us and expect us, humble Mexicans/Natives, to accept the corruption, but from which planet the new colony is coming from?- http://goo.gl/8abYF On times of arrival (1700) the new colony had no education, money or suffering slaverism, but today is different thanks to us Mexicans/American Natives and the cards were reversed, leaving us poor, ignorants and begging. The difference is Mexicans/Americans Natives never asked America new colony, for a passport/visa to enter our land, furthermore, the new colony never entered our land risking their own lives like us, but in style. “Be courteous to all, but intimate with few, and let those few be well tried before you give them your confidence. True friendship is a plant of slow growth, and must undergo and withstand the shocks of adversity before it is entitled to appellation. ” ― George Washington.
When the new colony was well settled in America the wars started and erupted, trying to gain territory by using fear, treaty or death, or the 3 methods together. In which the British Army and people left America soon after, or exposed to be killed. The American and Mexicans Natives left the country soon after as well, but killed in a Genocide, never mention before, as nobody was left. The abuse towards my people: "American and Mexicans Natives" is well redacted with the "U.S. Native American treaties"- http://goo.gl/ncTpB If you follow the list (U.S. Native American treaties) you will see that the genocide started (1778-Treaty of Fort Pitt) soon after a treaty was signed and death follows, by 1870 approx the holocaust was almost finish as no more mention the American tribes, but "Executive order/Act of Congress/agreement, etc and maybe the end was by 1904-RIP (Act of Congress-Turtle Mountain Chippewa Treaty). If my calculations are right it was 126 (1778-1904=126) years of terror, towards the American and Mexicans Natives, as the British left America. The American and Mexican Natives Holocaust (1778) started with just 2 years after "signed" the American independence (4th of July 1776). I wonder, who the freedom was for in the first place, as the colour people was spare of the crimes, but used as a slaves in America. “If freedom of speech is taken away, then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter.” ― George Washington The Mexican President Santa Anna was furious to see the discrimination and stole the lot who were living on our land, from the new colony and now living in Veracruz, Mèxico. The New colony called us Mexican people, "thieves", when in reality, we were given those people their own freedom, but initiate the war between Mexico and America (1846-48). The American Civil war is well known for slavery abolished in America (1861-65) with three new constitutional amendments passed: 13th Amendment (ended slavery), 14th Amendment (African/Americans gain citizenship), 15th Amendment (African-American males had a right to vote). “Government is not reason, it is not eloquence – it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and fearful master.” ― George Washington. One hundred years after the Civil war, America was facing the same matter and level of racism, discrimination, exploitation, violence and racial segregation, with the white supremacy (new colony). The African-American Civil Rights Movement was born (1955-1968), in which started as a social movements in America, with intention to end racial Intolerance, segregation and discrimination against color people also to enforce the constitution as a whole. “Associate yourself with men of good quality, if you esteem your own reputation; for ‘tis better to be alone than in bad company.” “It is better to be alone than in bad company.” ― George Washington. The people who initiate the freedom rights: W. E. B. Du Bois, Malcolm X, Rosa Parks, Martin Luther King, Jr, in which the last one received the Nobel Peace Prize (10/12/1964). On July 2, 1964, President of the United States of America, Johnson signed: the Civil Rights Act of 1964, that banned discrimination based on "race, color, religion, sex or national origin" in employment practices and public accommodations. The the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was one of the six official goals, by the movement:
1-meaningful civil rights laws,
2-a massive federal works program,
3-full and fair employment,
4-decent housing,
5-the right to vote,
6-adequate integrated education.
The African-American Civil Rights Movement (1955–68) was not alone to gain a better standards of life in the United States of America as other people joined the crusade, like: The Kennedy brothers, the American Jewish community and the Civil Rights movement, etc. In which, J.F. and his brother Bobby Kennedy were killed, by the same opposition leaders. "We preach freedom around the world, and we mean it, and we cherish our freedom here at home, but are we to say to the world, and much more importantly, to each other that this is the land of the free except for the Negroes; that we have no second-class citizens except Negroes; that we have no class or caste system, no ghettoes, no master race except with respect to Negroes? Now the time has come for this Nation to fulfill its promise. The events in Birmingham and elsewhere have so increased the cries for equality that no city or State or legislative body can prudently choose to ignore them."—President Kennedy. The Jewish community supported the Civil Rights Movement and actively involved non-black groups, like the 1964 Mississippi Freedom Summer project. In which the leaders were arrested while heeding a call from Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in St. Augustine, Florida, in June 1964, with the largest mass arrest of Rabbis in American history. In the Mississippi murders of 1964, the two white activists killed, Andrew Goodman and Michael Schwerner, both Jewish. Unfortunately, this is as far as the colour people has been enforced own Human and Civil Rights in America and gained a President of the United States of America, Mr Obama to represent them, apart from that, that it!- Rosario Castellanos de Parker.
