Civil Law: Power and Control

The ex/husband and I we have an agreement after the divorce and my things keep removing from the area and services, in which I had been trying to move to Sale Area, but Trafford Council Housing benefit removed benefit and any chance of housing help, plus contact the ex/husband as poll tax in both names, without my permit, consent and knowledge (HB/CTB ref 10051688). The housing options are not good to me, as the house is own by both people (me and the ex/husband), even the ex/husband got his own mother house to live, while it sells. When the benefit is removed there is not chance of me to abide by the FDR agreement of 25 may 2012 to pay the mortgage in which both divorce, but my personal things removed after I apply for matters and even education of Open University and the house comes with possession order on the name of the ex/husband. I have been making applications to Manchester county courts for financial agreement and injunction to stop the ex/husband bullying me, to no avail (MA13FOOO99/MA14FOO236) and trying to get a hearing but refused by the courts staff and the form struck off, with no hearing?-I spoke to the police officer by phone to ask for help today (18/6/2014) and I refused to give my details as confidential, to no avail they tracked me down without asking me for my permission, consent and knowledge in the matter, but arrived to my door step?-When it was to ask for details as I am Mexican, no British born, to no avail. In which nothing was said after the interview in my home after 11 pm with the police officer, including the paperwork show to them of my matters and she said of a civil law, for domestic abuse by the ex-husband?-I need to speak with a solicitor which I thank her for the advice, but that's all I wanted by phone?-The police officer asked me for my gp name and details for a civil law questions?-In which, she has not my permission, consent or knowledge to speak to anybody as my civil and human rights forbid, without me to be present in a court of law.
