Home Report ..

Just after marriage (1985) the ex/husband warn me as form of threat: "if I ever come against his peoples bla, bla, bla", also during divorce times (2012) the ex/husband warn me of "wherever you are, I am going to be there" as form of threat, also a family member (pepita jr) with almost non contact during our lifetime, just after I married the ex/husband, standing next to her friend (Alejandra as witness) and at home (Vine close, Shaw, Oldham UK) after got lost in Manchester shopping centre warned me as threat: "that if I ever come against her mother, bla, bla, bla" and wonder who came against me first, when lost my unborn children, country of birth, family bond, etc.   

The threat (warning, forewarn, admonish, blackmail, bullying, harass, oppress, pain, strike, intimidation, hazard, menace, peril, risk, bluff, fix, commination, scare, approach, admonish, torment, push-around, abuse, thunder against, impendence, denunciation, foreboding, foreshadowing, fulmination, omen, portent, presage, writing on the wall, coercion, constraint, duress, violence, strong-arm-tactic, etc) reflects today, problems with local authority, neighbours and people who I never meet before, no matter where I live in the UK (Scotland, England, Wales and Ireland). 

Threatening, or intimidating another individual (a person who without lawful excuse makes to another a threat, intending that the other would fear it would be carried out, to kill that other or a third person shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction on indictment to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years), the offense can be charged as an assault (misdemeanor, or felony) in the UK, a violent crime: "Offences against the Person Act 1861" -

A family member is loved, respected, care and protect never intimidate, bullied, or trashed and I hold no contact with any "family problems" for the same reasons (except my children), "violent individuals that comes against my reputation, persona with such internal hatred", even married to carry a vengance, or any other excuse and in order to satiate their own insides!!-

I question people that I never meet in my life, somehow they know me so well, follows wherever I go (last shopping tesco 2/2/22 staff check 4/5 times receipt that I paid in full, before allowed to leave the shop with slander against my reputation) and even set off alarm sensors, wonder if belong to the same "family problems" club: Government, Royalty and Religious affairs! -  

You may ask what a Home Report has to do with "Family Violence (that in my country of birth is a crime:  https://tinyurl.com/3t6wk7ef  )", as (lost unborn children as a result!) suspect where all  comes from, criminology always start with nears and dears as suspects, then unfold the case itself! -

- I got an email: 3 Feb 2022, 16:01 from a local authority staff said: This service has received a complaint from a member of the public about property Ad ID:  1424051680 that you have advertised on Gumtree. In accordance with the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006, there is a legal duty to have information about a house which is on the market. The person who is responsible for marketing a house which is on the market must possess the prescribed documents in relation to the house, i.e. Home Report etc.  Failure to provide such information contravenes the legislation outlined above, which could result in enforcement action being taken against the seller. Your advert clearly stated that “the ground floor flat comes with no home report because I refuse to devaluate an area……” -I have liaised with Gumtree Enforcement Team to request that the advert is removed from the public domain and can confirm that they have completed this process. Should you wish to market any property for sale in the future then I would urge you to seek advice to ensure you are in possession of the statutory prescribed documents in relation the property. - My response: 4 Feb 2022, 09:44 - Good Morning!- I thank you for your email regarding the matter. The Home Report (Includes three elements: a single survey, a property questionnaire and an energy report, NEVER came from me to mislead the course of the law and slander my reputation, but whoever create the legal document!!) when purchased the property came with no warning relate present problems to my flat, dealing with South Ayrshire Council Building Standards (rubble falling and chimney problems) and Empty Homes (help bring property back into use after Covid-19), also Maybole Council Tax (as unable to rent or sell the property).  I hold copy of external survey 2018 (please notice: "I purchased the property August 2019" a year after, nothing came during conveyancing, neither agency who sold the property, or the home report) in which Duncan Clelland, Maybole Regeneration Project in charge - handle copy to me by email, Friday 14, August 2020, for --- High Street Maybole ----, as appplying for a grant to restore property.  Since purchased the flat, I could not understand the wave of interference into my private life, property and construction to fix and repair the (internal) flat, as staff refused to fix the property in a proper way and today by cancelling the add with Gumtree you confirm the same interference, and even intent to damaged my reputation with the home report, that such matters never comes from me, plus the covid - 19 restrictions is causing me hardship. I refuse to sell somenthing that hide from me - to the customer, later can bring me into dispute with the law and, now you confirm that everything comes from the local authority (council) staff, as a result unable to pay council tax ( https://rcp13.blogspot.com/2021/08/uk-council-tax.html ), earn a living and live in holy peace! - Waiting for your response, as unable to bring "before" this matter to my attention, except "after" that you removed the advert in gumtree. It's true that Scotland require a "home report" costing the seller ( https://tinyurl.com/2p86vs9e ), contrary of England and Wales "survey" purchased by the buyer, mean you are free to buy if you wish, while the other is forced upon yourself!-

In my case, the Home Report when purchased the property in Scotland nothing came as reported, never mention (5) windows (broken!) leaking water not matter age need to report, internal doors unable to close properly, toilet mechanism faulty, liquid used for motor vehicles somehow enters my flat floor (and the business in the middle of Historic road, architecture, old passages and even Robert Burns:  https://www.hse.gov.uk/gas/domestic/faqlandlord.htm ) and carpets, chimney next door (I already show the building standards with photo, impossible to come from us the chimney problem, but next door!!) hit my flat, never speak of future restoration of the area (Maybole Regeneration Project), amount of smog, noices and bang from road traffic hit constant my property, people malicious break building stones (old property architecture) while the town hall just in front (?), mean no respect to architecture, but the idea is to cause damaged may to themselves, because all this matter belongs to Scotland, without mention property prices forced to sell with home report (peanuts!), never consider history, area, road (High St), place, poet (Robert Burns), architecture, etc! - 

And I hold copy of what the gumtree advert was about and just in case, if anyone want to alter.

Unaware of what gumtree staff was told, same as in the past with the rest - against my reputation with slander - that I am forced to place my side of the history with my blog and not just the invisible world (as this is how they present themselves, unaware of who you are dealing with?!) to take advantage, whichever the bullies mean with the "threat" is for them to explain never me, as I don't use that system and avoid to see them for the same reasons!

A problem with any local authority staff, holds me (and/or my children) to look as the problem comes from us, never from them, when we do not work for government, royalty, or religious affairs to be dragged into this unknown world! - NEVER AGAIN! -
