Is a dog aggresive towards people and/or irresponsible owners who trained dogs to be aggressive!?-
I came out of the shops this morning (see receipt) walking towards a square neighbourhood (roxburgh way and roxburgh ave) with houses, flats and plenty windows that can see and heard a dog barking, witness incident by looking in the window, as I want to report! -
Walking back home with my shopping, a dog (Staffordshire Bull Terrier style, short, muscle, bullky, red/fawn colour, obey the command of his owner, may address as Dangerous Dogs Acts 1991 https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1991/65/contents ) was coming my way with no lead, followed by two young men with no care in the world.
This type of dogs that no matter excuses by owners are dangerous to the public, people and community, looks more as if planned, as lasted several minutes the intimidation:

Next time I hope to take a photo of dog and owner, see if not intimidate when exposed to the public and police, because by law I am entitle to protect myself, my family and anything that is mine!-

Furthermore animals that obey owners command to intimidate the victim, "as happened to me this morning", should be persecuted by the law!-

On the moment it remind me of the elder sister, middle sister and myself attacks previous by dogs, including the ex-husband sister trying to protect her dog (as she told me!), then wonder if the "family problems" continue, still need to pay more mandalas, malicious spread, hatred, lies, intimidation, bullying, hate propaganda, defamation of character, etc!
I know full well this form of attack may comes to anything relate, who I spook days before, publish in my blog / internet social places (FB, etc) and instead to speak to me direct and find a solution, prefer to send hatred, vendettas, intimidation (Dangerous Dogs Acts 1991 ) and even speak with someone unrelate (the handyman, family member, etc) to the case, may cause problems, frictions, confusion, vendettas, personal attacks into a secluded / closed venue, where victims are unable to escape:

Never blame us when avoid local shopping, help the community progress, because aggresive people that use any kind of weapons including animals against the public, deter us to come back again, when mention "I will call the police", somehow the animal disappear must live in the area covered by cars!
